QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Know about resistance welding, robotic welding, MiG welding, and tig welding.
- Need to know how to perform a push out and torque test.
- Know how to program welders.
- Have strength, stamina, and heavy lifting and be able to stay in one space for prolonged periods.
- Be able to work on many types of metals: steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, and more.
- Ability to perform cleaning of weld fixtures
- Ability to understand and follow the process, prints, and work instructions
- Knowledge of automated robotic weld cell, pneumatic valves, proximity sensors, pneumatic clamps and cylinders, M.I.G. weld torches and their controllers.
- One to three years of resistance or projection welding
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic computer skills.
CERTIFICATE, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Certificate in Welding is desired, but not required.

Possession of a current and valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
