Qualifications:
- At least five years of experience with manufacturing processes.
- Must be open to work 3rd Shift.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
- Must be able to work independently or in a group environment and be able to prioritize deadlines.
- Possess presentation skills and/or ability to speak to groups.
- Must be motivated to successfully support all elements of the training program.
