Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Management preferred or HS Diploma or GED equivalent and related experience in manufacturing and production supervision.
- At least three years of production and/or supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office - specifically MS Word and Excel.
- Flexible Schedule – Ability to work OT when needed.
