Requirements:
- High School Diploma Required (Associate’s Degree in a related field of study preferred)
- Minimum two years of experience in quality and process control in automotive painted plastic parts manufacturing.
- Knowledge of AIAG Systems: PPAP, SPC, MSA, R&R, APQP; and Customer specific corrective action systems including 7-step, 5-Phase, 8-D, and 5-Whys are preferred.
- Following experience is preferred: supervisory training, D/PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, QS-9000 or ISO/IATF16949 / Internal Auditing, Teamwork, Synchronous Manufacturing, SPC, MRP Systems, Customer PR& R Systems, GD &T.
- Must have good communication Microsoft Office skills.
- Must have good math skills and mechanical ability.
- Flexibility to perform several job duties and work at a quick pace.
- Must be able to understand information gathered from meters, dials, calibrated scales and visual display units.
- Travel to CSP Plants as needed.
