REQUIREMENTS:
- HS diploma or GED equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management preferred.
- Three years of production supervisory experience.
- Must be open and available to work off shifts.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel.
- Flexible Schedule and ability to work overtime when needed.
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide preventative maintenance and thorough knowledge of occupational hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance of all duties.
