Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, two (2) years supervision experience in a manufacturing area is preferred. BS Degree in leadership and supervision desired.
- Must be open and available to work 2nd shift.
- Excellent written, listening and oral communication skills are required.
- Ability to calculate figures and perform mathematical problems to assess labor based on production schedules.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to resolve employee issues. Must possess conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee is frequently required to use fingers, hands and arms to reach and type. The employee must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
