Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or 7-10 years of experience in management position with manufacturing operation.
- Manufacturing of automotive products such as composites, plastics, injection molded parts, body panels is strongly recommended.
- Excellent interpersonal skills at a management level position.
- Good working knowledge of development and budget planning financial.
- Strong management skills (decision making, problem solving, staff development and motivation)
- Familiar with standards of good business conduct and ethics.
- Exposure to noise, glass fibers, dust, fumes, and heat.
