Plant Controller

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required.  
• A minimum of five years of plant accounting and/or finance experience is required, preferably in the automotive industry, showing increased understanding and responsibility.  Knowledge of and compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and procedures required.
• CPA or CMA is strongly preferred.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated competence in Windows applications including: Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel. 
• Occasional travel may be required.  
• Position requires occasional exposure to noise, temperature extremes, moving parts, fumes, etc. in a plant environment.
