Requirements and Qualifications:
- A four year degree in Information Technology and Systems, or related major, preferred.
- 10 years of experience including Plant Floor Operations and/or Supply Chain experience, experience with programming EDI conversions, Operations Management, Systems Configuration and Maintenance
- Certified Project Manager PMI or equivalent
- Experience with relational databases
- Knowledge and experience resolving issues in Enterprise Resource Planning systems
- Successfully completed the implementation cycle of new software multiple times
- Managed simultaneous projects across locations and functions
- Working understanding of Shop Floor Operations, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Principles
- Basic programming skills in SQL and EDI
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience monitoring progress of projects and working independently and proactively within tight, concurrent deadlines with accuracy
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively internally and externally in a team environment
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn, apply new technologies and solutions and effectively communicate with clients and/or other teams to resolve simple and complex technical issues.
- Preferred: supervisory experience including people management, dynamic leadership, staff development, goal-setting and performance assessment.
- Travel, including overnight travel will be required.
- Normal office environment including computer and telephone work.
- Occasional lifting of office equipment, supplies or files.
