QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS degree in engineering, sales or marketing is recommended.
- Minimum of 8 years of sales, marketing, engineering, and/or manufacturing experience in the automotive, heavy truck and/or marine industry. Additional experience may be substituted for an otherwise qualified candidate.
- Demonstrated knowledge of metal stamping processes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of automotive industry requirements and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects including extensive communication and coordination between customers and internal departments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Ability to meet and deal tactfully and courteously with fellow employees and customers.
- Experience in QAD helpful but not required.
