Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Coatings.
- Two to five years of experience in coatings or adhesives.
- Prefer past work experience related to coatings application and painted part quality.
- Must be a hands-on independent problem solver.
- Basic experience with analytical equipment.
- Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, statistical, and presentation software.
- Must be comfortable with continuously changing tasks and work environments
- Must be productive with minimal supervision.
- Travel is required up to 40%.
Physical Requirements:
- Work in office, laboratory and manufacturing setting.
