Senior Materials Process Engineer

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or Chemistry. Preference to concentrations in Organic/Polymers and Plastics sciences. 
• At least five years of materials process engineering experience preference to composite material or plastics. 
• Experience with bonding equipment, paint application, compression molding presses, and vacuum systems.   
• Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, and Minitab
• Must be hands-on, an independent problem solver, and comfortable with changing tasks and work environments
• Must be productive and supervise when needed
• Good communication and interpersonal interface with all employees in a production environment

Environment:
Working environment will include office, laboratory, customer site, and manufacturing environments with heavy machinery. Travel is required, must be willing to travel more than 50%.
