Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability, Data Analytics, Environmental Sciences, Environmental/Social/Governance (ESG) or similar; Sustainable MBA
- Minimum five years of experience in Sustainability, Business, Project Management, or Manufacturing.
- Ideally have an understanding of sustainability communications, commitments, disclosure, and reporting for the private sector.
- Broad business and technical acumen.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and driven to excel.
- Strong verbal, visual, and written communications skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well with others at all levels and with various cultural backgrounds and work styles.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Global brand experience
- Manufacturing industry experience a plus
- Strong general computer skills and cloud-based software knowledge: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, Acrobat Pro DC, ClickUp or Project Management.
Certifications:
- Professional PMI and Sustainability certifications a plus
- Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) a plus
