Qualifications:
- At least ten years of hands-on experience in Manufacturing Process Engineering.
- Five or more years applying Lean Manufacturing principles in a manufacturing environment.
- At least four years managing/supervising direct reports.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Operations preferred.
- Certification/Certificate in lean Manufacturing.
